These are true survivors. They are pale pink. (I have put these in front of both black and white backgrounds so you can better judge the color). The floral vine-type pattern that encircles every piece was cut on a wheel. It is not a mold or chemical etch - each piece was hand cut. This is elegant glass - fire polished with no mold seams. The finishing touch that gives it the classic Art Deco feel are the multiple concentric gold bands on each piece. Pitcher has an applied handle and stands about 7 1/4" high and has about a 5" diameter at the top. The glasses stand about 4 1/8" tall with a top diameter of about 2 3/4".

Even though this set is nearly 100 years old, there are no chips, cracks, evidence of unusual wear, or dishwasher haze on any of these pieces! Some wear to the gold bands, but still very much visible on all of them. If you've been looking for a Depression-era juice pitcher and glasses set for your breakfast table, you've just found it.
