Richard Kerr designed these elegant pierced earrings in the 1980s. They are made up of his signature paved crystal rhinestones. They feature a long dangle zig-zag turquoise resin shape, all covered with turquoise color crystal rhinestones. There is no visible signature, but the design is a designer's signature. The earrings are for pierced ears. Richard Kerr began designing jewelry in Dallas, TX, in 1980.
