They are made up of his signature pave rhinestones and feature cascading graduated disk shapes, all covered with colorful crystal rhinestones on a black resin background framing. Vivid and glittering red, apple green, purple, and turquoise-blue are the crystal rhinestones' colors. The earrings are signed with the brand tag under the fastenings. Richard Kerr began designing jewelry in Dallas, TX, in 1980.
