These lovely statement clip-on earrings were designed by Richard Kerr in the 1980s. They are made up of his signature pave rhinestones and feature cascading graduated disk shapes, all covered with colorful crystal rhinestones on a black resin background framing. Vivid and glittering red, apple green, purple, and turquoise-blue are the crystal rhinestones' colors. The earrings are signed with the brand tag under the fastenings. Richard Kerr began designing jewelry in Dallas, TX, in 1980.
