Vintage Holland Mold Dancing Woman With Pink Flowing Gown
The Holland Mold Company in Trenton, NJ was one of the premier ceramic mold manufacturers of the 1950s & 1960s. The business was established in 1946 and eventually closed in 1997. Holland produced thousands of molds covering a wide variety of themes. These molds were used by both professionals and amateur hobbyists. This figurine was produced during the 1950s and features hand-painted detail as well as an intricate ruffled bottom. It is inscribed on the bottom in ink: Merle 1956.
Measures ~ 6 3/4" H x 5 1/2" W x 4 1/2" L.
In excellent vintage condition. Without chips, scratches, or cracks. The artwork is intact and bright. The glaze is shiny.
