This Really is an Exceptionally Nice Looking Original Antique Manchester Avenue New York City Street Sign. Circa Early 1900s. The Sign Itself is Dark Blue and White Porcelain on Heavy Gauge Steel and Reads MANCHESTER AV. The Bracket and Pole are Made Out of Cast Iron. The Top of the Sign has The Makers Name in The Casting - E. WRIGHT & SONS NEW YORK CITY US PATENT 1974998. It is Naturally Aged and Exposure Weathered, Rusty Etc. Giving it that Wonderful Authentic Look that Cannot be Duplicated. Note That it was a Double Sided Sign Originally but It is Now Missing 1 or the 2. It Would Display Beautifully as Hung on a Wall and I Have Installed a Strong New Wire Hanger So it is Ready to Go When it Arrives.
It Measures Overall as Displayed Approx. 14 inches Tall x 19 1/4 inches Long x 2 inches Wide - Deep.
