Phenomenal pieces. Very comfortable. The chair seat is slightly slanted back so it pulls you in and makes you never want to get up.

In good, structurally sound and sturdy condition with no notable damage to Mahogany frame. Leather has a few scrapes/lines mostly on ottoman as shown in photos and video.
