Pale blue glaze porcelain with over glaze enamel painted decoration in red, black and cream tones—note colorful crane detail and abstracted vertical bamboo/botanical lines. This piece is an antique yet displays an almost Contemporary design sensibility with the abundant negative space (surrounding the cranes suspended in flight) and minimal embellishments of any landscape elements.
