This humble work table was hand-crafted of solid pine in 19th century England. The rustic top has a wire-brushed effect, a tactile patina from two centuries of use aged to a beautiful sand color. The apron houses a single, wide drawer that opens easily with a turned wooden pull. This versatile table draws you in with small decorative accents like its red, hand-painted frame (also showing an expected patina) and delightful hand-carved scalloped edges on its sides that add to its country charm. The whole is strengthened by thick, squared straight legs with a bottom stretcher to use for serving, as a sofa table, and more functions around the home.
