This was purchased in early 1960's from antique shop behind Chadds Ford Inn in Chadds Ford , PA.. We were told it was 19th century, but I cannot verify their claim. It is a hefty hand forged solid, double hook, We used it as decor to hang copper kitchen pots. It is tarnished with a patina/brass/ copper/ bronze finish. Fully functional. my measurements are approximate 5 1/2" Wide X 1/4" deep X
8 1/4" Overall high.
No markings or maker.
It has only been used as decor by my family.
