The Chicago Hardware Manufacturing Co., originally based in Chicago, IL, and later Niles, made its mark from 1878 to 1913. After a change in ownership in 1907, it dropped the "Niles" reference and transformed into the Sager Lock Company by 1913. This transformation marked the culmination of the company's impactful history.
