This wonderful large sculpture is made of ceramic. This amazing piece is a depiction of a Chinese plum hanging from a branch; it has an interesting blue, purple, and orange floral design around the plum on a black background, a blue, yellow, and purple floral design to the branch on a red background with a gold finish on top, an image of traditionally dressed figures in an outdoor landscape on both sides of the plum, and a moriage design with stunning gold detailing throughout the piece. This sculpture is stamped as being made in China; it is not authentic Satsuma, but it is still a marvelous piece.
The measurements are: height=14" width=8 1/2" depth=6 1/2" approx.
