Nomadic charm meets masculine appeal in this hand-knotted wool antique Caucasian tribal rug. The intrinsic design and earthy color palette woven into this piece work together creating a modern look. A large gray stepped lozenge filled with elongated motifs sweep across the richly striated brick red and rust colored field with significant abrash, or color change. Small birds and biomorphic motifs accent either end. It is enclosed with a tribal border.
