Rugged beauty meets laid-back luxury in this antique Persian Kurdish rug. The decorative boteh design and lively earth-tone colors woven into this piece work together creating a deeply appealing look while emphasizing quality over quantity. An allover pattern composed of repeating stylized boteh motifs cover black coffee colored field. It is framed with a tribal border, sawtooth band and crenelated fence guard border. The earthy hues and tribal elements provide a sophisticated and masculine juxtaposition that doesn’t feel forced while creating a relaxed, inviting ambiance.
Rendered in variegated shades of coffee, sienna, scarlet red, peach, salmon, terra cotta, ocher, mustard, gold, saffron, cerulean, slate, dark gray, charcoal, light gray, beige, tan, and ecru. Complementary SW Hues: Cavern Clay, Distance, Origami White, Celestial, Nugget, Elation, Caramelized, Black Bean, Poised Taupe, and Dhurrie Beige.
