This is a four piece sugar and creamer set that consists of two bowls, one lid and one under plate. The lid fits both bowls.
Measurements are:
Single handle cup is 2 5/8 inches across and 2 1/8 inches tall.
Double handle cup is 3.25 inches across and 1.75 inches tall.
Under plate is 4 5/8 inches wide.
Lid is 2.50 inches wide.
Both cups and the under plate are marked as shown. The under plate is also initialed RG in gold. The lid has Valentine stamped on it as shown.
There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. I do not know who the maker is.
