Sketch for a Portrait is a drawing on paper realized in the Mid-20th Century by Flor David. Pencil on Creamy-colored paper. Good conditions. Flor David (1891-1958) ): pseudonym of David Florence. Pastel painter. He was a pupil of Desirè Lucas. He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Francais since 1923 and had an honorable mention at Prix Leonie Dussueil in 1934. Repertoire en Benezit. Atelier Florence David. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
