Realistic oil portrait on canvas of an old Jewish Judaica rabbi Portrait. original oil painting from the late 19th century. Beautifully framed. Signed in the lower right side corner by J.F. COLOMBO. Colombo painted this wonderful scene of a Rabbi with Tallis studying from the prayer book. This one captures the beauty and emotion of one man's spiritual connection to his faith. It has been mounted in a cerused wooden frame with a hanging wire attached to the reverse side.
