This antique table from Italy features a rectangular-shaped marble top, which rests upon an apron adorned in carved and gilt scrolling foliage and corners with a single flower-head. The table is presented upon a pair of fluted squared legs, which gently taper into peg-style feet, and with elegantly carved and gilt acanthus leaves wrapping their ankles. The color palette is primarily an earthy green/gray with gold, which compliments the green marble top. Please note that there has been a prior repair to the marble. This table is mean to be secured to a wall. This 19th century Italian wall console, with a width of approximately 2.25 feet, would make a lovely entry or hall table. See less
