By … more My limited edition hand painted crystal and glass are one of a kind, created using the highest quality materials. By developing a unique technique in applying paints (stain-glass), glazes - the final product is unlike anything else. The pieces will bring joy for years to come! (As I am enjoying pieces I am looking at created in 1993..) Each exquisite piece is signed and numbered. In the collection of wine, champagne or cordial glasses, the limit is six to twelve pieces per design. It's unfortunate that the beautiful colors cannot really come through the photos. Also the technique is quite unique and that cannot be seen in the photos - it's a "touch" thing. The paint has a layer of enamel/glaze and it becomes part of the glass piece. Unique technique.
Here we have only 4 of the 6 glasses ever made in this color combination in that design.
I am combining these glasses with this beautiful plate of similar color combination.
Since I mix my own colors in order to come up with a shade that I find pleasing, and since I make my color shades in small quantities it is easy to tell at about what time the work was created. For example this plate is not signed but looking at the colors and their combination I am sure it was made in 1997.
