By … more My limited edition hand painted crystal and glass are one of a kind, created using the highest quality materials. By developing a unique technique in applying paints (stain-glass), glazes - the final product is unlike anything else. The pieces will bring joy for years to come! (As I am enjoying pieces I am looking at created in 1993..) Each exquisite piece is signed and numbered. In the collection of wine, champagne or cordial glasses, the limit is six to twelve pieces per design. It's unfortunate that the beautiful colors cannot really come through the photos. Also the technique is quite unique and that cannot be seen in the photos - it's a "touch" thing. The paint has a layer of enamel/glaze and it becomes part of the glass piece. Unique technique.
Here we have only 5 of the 6 glasses ever made in this color combination in that design. The one single glass was bought by about two dozen young students for their teacher who was a collector and loved wine glasses. I couldn't resist their plea as much as I didn't want to break the set in such a way. I am combining these glasses with this beautiful small vase of similar design and colors.
The vase is signed 1996 and the glasses are signed 1997.
