This beautiful vase as a gently shaped neck which flairs into a shapely vase, tapering into a narrow base. Hallmarks are: This vase was possibly made by Kumeno Teitaro, Nagoya, but hallmark is unclear. Therefore, maker is unconfirmed. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Height from top to bottom=8 inches, Diameter at widest=3-1/4 inches. This marvelous antique cloisonne vase has been well cared for, gently used and is in excellent condition with cloisonne free from chips, cracks or other imperfections. The brass base has a few, shallow edge dents commensurate with age and use, but they do not diminish the beauty or usability of this fabulous vase.
