    March 15, 2016, 9:18 a.m.

  • "Samantha, Yes!!!! This did ship yesterday! Thank you again for being so patient. Good news things are looking better for my mom as well! THANK YOU!"

    March 15, 2016, 9:15 a.m.

  • "Just making sure my painting shipped yesterday. You assured me 100% it would ship on Monday but since I haven't gotten any shipping notification, I thought I'd better check."

    March 15, 2016, 8:49 a.m.

  • "Thank you so much for being so understanding! This is pretty serious and I would never have let this happen in any normal circumstance! Thank you for your well wishes ! I will be back Sunday and get it all ready and message you it's ready as well! Again, like to offer you as a gift any of my smaller items or nice discount on anything in future! This kindness not forgotten!"

    March 11, 2016, 11:30 a.m.

  • "Oh gosh! Don't even give it a thought! Monday will be just fine. I wish your mom a speedy recovery. Take care- Samantha"

    March 10, 2016, 6:05 p.m.

  • "What ever you chose is fine. I will 100 send on Monday. I can also give you a discount on anything I list coming! I have a huge inventory I have not been able to list yet. This was very unexpected and I am so sorry!"

    March 10, 2016, 11:01 a.m.

  • "Samantha, I am so sorry! My mom was admitted to the hospital and it is very serious. I am so sorry for the delay, I had to leave town very unexpectedly. I have someone that helps with shipping, but I really don't trust them to package the art. I am so sorry you have been so very patient this entire time. I will be back on Sunday. I will notify chairish. I just have been so stressed and worried. If you would like to get a refund I can do that or if you want to wait till I get home?"

    March 10, 2016, 11 a.m.

  • "Hi there- don't mean to be a bother but it's been 10 days since I paid and I still haven't gotten any notification that my item has shipped- has it shipped? If it has, will you please send me tracking info and if it hasn't, when will it ship?"

    March 10, 2016, 6:52 a.m.

  • "Awe, well if someone knows about how to stretch art, you can indeed fix it! I am just not the one! I will let the Chairish team know and they can do follow up. I will ask them best way to handle it! Thank you so much for your patience!"

    March 1, 2016, 6:28 a.m.

  • "Well, it is certainly not for lack of you trying- you have been a trooper! For $100, I will still take it! A friend of a friend says they might be able to figure out a way to salvage it- definitely worth a shot! Thank you so much again for trying so hard to get it fixed! Please just let me know how I should proceed."

    March 1, 2016, 6:11 a.m.

  • "Samantha: I am so sorry, I went to try to get this art fixed and they basically would have to re-stretch the entire painting which is about the same price as the art. We looked at it and there is just no way around it. The only thing I can do is offer it at half price and ship as is or I could proceed and get it fixed, but the price would go up. Either way I will discount this to $99 if you really want it. I can shop around on price. I have an artist friend can ask. Let me know."

    March 1, 2016, 5:18 a.m.

  • "Samantha: Awe, sure will!"

    Feb. 25, 2016, 1:40 p.m.

  • "YAAAY! I'm so relieved! Thanks again for all your efforts. No rush- just let me know what you find out. : )"

    Feb. 25, 2016, 1:01 p.m.

  • "No Samantha, it is just hidden till I get the canvas issue figured out. If I can get it repaired, it will be yours! I had to find an Art shop that did this first and I have one now and taking it tomorrow! Will let you know as soon as I get an answer!"

    Feb. 25, 2016, 12:56 p.m.

  • "Oh no! Did it sell? I'm hoping Chairish just put sold on it to hide it and it didn't really sell. Please let me know either way. THANKS"

    Feb. 25, 2016, 12:47 p.m.

  • "I sure do appreciate you going through so much trouble! Just let me know what I can do. THANKS!"

    Feb. 24, 2016, 9:12 p.m.

  • "Samantha: Ok I got some information and I think we should ask Chairish to hide the item till later tomorrow. It turns out doing a repair can be iffy and they need to look at it and see what they are dealing with and if they can do. The cost for that is labor and I will pay for that. If it can't be repaired, the restreching such a large painting is very expensive and prohibitive to selling for the list price. I am going to take it tomorrow and see if it can be repaired! More tomorrow!"

    Feb. 24, 2016, 5:14 p.m.

  • "That is a quick fix for sure. The only thing is I know it can be fixed, I just really don't know 100% if it is a reasonable expense to have it done. I am 90% sure it is reasonable to do. They are very helpful on Chairish team, so they can maybe hide it, but buying it would be faster. It will be very easy for them to refund you too. I doubt someone will buy within a few days, but you never know. I am calling art store now to see if they can give me idea over the phone."

    Feb. 24, 2016, 4:34 p.m.

  • "Hi- I'm new to Chairish... should I go ahead and buy it and then if it can't be fixed, could it be refunded?"

    Feb. 24, 2016, 2:45 p.m.

  • "Hi there! I have not been able to get this checked yet on the repair. Do you want me to see if Chairish team can hide this item till I get if determined? I don't have any control if someone buys it. I might be able to do tonight or tomorrow. They might be able to do this. I just don't want you disappointed. See a few more hearts have been added."

    Feb. 24, 2016, 12:09 p.m.

  • "Samantha: Anytime! Will ping you once i know something. I will try to find out soon."

    Feb. 22, 2016, 7:36 p.m.

  • "Sounds good. I look forward to hearing from you. THANKS!"

    Feb. 22, 2016, 5:49 p.m.

  • "Samantha, I sure will! I am so embarrassed I had it listed as signed. I had four paintings by same artist and the others were signed on the front so I guess I didn't catch it and assumed. It is great looking though! I will check into the repair this week and let you know!"

    Feb. 22, 2016, 4:53 p.m.

  • "I like it very much with or without the signature- no problem. I am very interested in buying this piece so if you could please let me know about having it re-stretched on your end- that would be great! THANKS!"

    Feb. 22, 2016, 2:30 p.m.

  • "I can send more photos as well if you would like."

    Feb. 22, 2016, 2:10 p.m.

  • "Well I just double checked and it looks like he didn't sign the front, but wrote on the back of the frame. The colors are dark and then very light and he probably didn't want it effecting the painting. I tried to look up this artist and didn't find him, but I love the paintings I acquired of his. This piece has a smaller section that needs to be re-stretched. If you are interested I will look into getting it done. I really don't know much about that, but can handle it on my side."

    Feb. 22, 2016, 2:10 p.m.

  • "Hi there. I must be overlooking- where is the artists signature on this painting? THANKS! Samantha"
