Poultry Shears Faux Antler Stag Horn, made in Italy
An excellent vintage poultry shears utensil from Italy with faux stag horn or antler Bakelite handles. They're 10-1/2" long with curved shiny stainless steel blades. Excellent vintage condition but I did not test the blades, they may need sharpening. Great gift for chef that has everything.
