Oil painting on canvas of flowers in a green vase in the style of Henri Fantin-Latour by Satori Gregorakis. Signed in the lower left corner and signed again on the reverse and dated 2023. Framed. Wire and screws attached to frame on back for hanging.
Satori Gregorakis (b. Long Island, N.Y., 1943-)
Satori is committed to beauty, exploring and developing new ideas. In this pursuit he is influenced by the challenges of painting in the styles of old masters. He regards the preparation of surface as central to his work and is guided by spontaneity of imagination in abstract painting.
