Commanding at over 5' wide with solid structure and bold features, this exceptional piece demonstrates all the trademarks of northern Chinese furniture. The front of the cabinet is decorated with flowers and Ru Yi patterns, celebrating joy and life's abundances. The protruding framework gives the nod to the region's historic heritage. Lines of Bamboo pattern and scallop edges represent the Yin Yang, soft and hard contrast in which Zen achieves harmony and balance.
