PRICE REDUCED: Over 12 people have liked this art, be the one to own it or give it as a gift! This lovely gouache and pastel on paper is a combination of painting and drawing. Layer after layer of color was applied to achieve the three dimensional impression of this wonderful and happy bird. The bird belongs to a friend and that made it all the more fun to draw and paint this artwork.
I love bright colors and the ability to create layers in pastel and gouache is a lot of fun. Animals are one of my favorite subjects to paint. Presented a gilded gold frame, wired and ready to hang.
