A beautiful wooden box carved with a iridescent shell top. The design is attributed to Alexander Noll and is in the exact style of other shell boxes he made. Unsigned but it comes from an estate with lots of high end items. Inside is a small square opening for jewelry or trinkets. From the 1960s. A wonderful wood box in stained wood. Invisible hinge that pivots with the wood.
