Wonderful Martell Cognac bistro ashtray - a wonderful flea market find. The strong graphics, bold typeface, and geometric shape all reflect an Art Deco aesthetic. Fabricated by the respected Sarreguemines pottery workshop, the mark on the underside dates the piece to as early as 1920.
Very good condition no chips, no cracks, no crazing, vibrant blue colors. Minor wear.
