Flaxman created this model for Josiah Wedgwood who executed triton candlestick figures in basalt and jasperware. Large size - measures 10 1/8" tall x 4 1/4" square at the base. Wonderful faux marble base. Good condition - loss of cold painted surface at the water; old chips to the base. Displays beautifully. A rare and interesting figure. See less
