Very rare table mirror by Hermès Paris. An eagle sits on a pedestal with its wings spread wide, reflecting the beauty of the moon on its back.
The round mirror is equipped with a ball joint and can be individually adjusted and rotated around its own axis. Different mirror glasses are mounted on the front and back.
Material: metal (probably brass), gold-plated.
Marked on the bottom with Hermès Paris and the maker's mark of Ravinet D'Enfert. The Maison Ravinet D'Enfert was founded in Paris in 1882 and produced, among other things, for Hermès, as well as its own tableware, mainly in silver and silver-plated materials.
