Made of ceramic and boasting a dark blue glaze alternating beautifully with green, this Annamese garden seat is a great example of the long Vietnamese ceramic tradition, particularly in the Annam province, an area heavily influenced by - and once ruled - China. This garden stool, which was also used as a pedestal for a garden planter, features a circular silhouette, beautifully adorned with raised dragons and flower motifs. The piece showcases a circular top measuring 9.75 inches of diameter, pierced in the center. The sides are also pierced for the handles and adorned with mythical creatures. The body alternates green and blue glaze. With its lovely colors and faint décor, this green glazed garden seat will be a great addition to any garden, patio or foyer. See less
