The pottery was noted for the innovative glazes such as the luster glaze which gave it an iridescent finish reminiscent of a metallic glaze. The formula for the glazes and all the pottery documentation were deliberately destroyed so the unique Ruskin Pottery pieces could not be reproduced. See less
