Artistic Mid-Century Danish vase by Fridtjof Sejersen for Sejer Studio Ceramic.
It´s made in the 1960's at his own studio workshop in Nr. Aaby on the Danish island Funen which he ran from 1941 to 1978.
The square vase is made of chamotte clay and has an embossed decor which gives a rustic and vivid expression. The glossy glaze varies from the lightest blue to deep dark blue almost black color.
Hand marked on bottom: Sejer Unic Danmark
Very good vintage condition without chips, cracks or repair.
The artistic vase fits various interiors, both the light Scandinavian and the more rustic Brutalist style. This piece has an attribution mark,
I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
