This beautiful specimen of very early stoneware is perfectly imperfect! If only these piece could talk. Oh, the stories they would tell of stories shared during harvest time or over special occasions at the family dinner table.
Boasting the signature blue sponge pattern overall, you also can see, from image details, the handcrafted characteristics in the glaze as well as the coil texture on the inside of the pitcher. This piece is very sturdy! Aside from imperfections created during the making of this piece, the character of this pitcher is timeless and sweet.
