Who doean't enjoy a lovely folly in thier yard? Built in the 1940's by a carpenter for his daughter. .Special custom windows and doors were built for easy closure and openings. The house was found in disrepair a few years ago and through the efforts of a few gallant men was brought to a safe spot to be refurbished. Solid slate roof was added to repair all leaks for another 50 years +.. The back door was rreplaced with a custom Dutch door with upper half having an arched window to match the other shapes of the openings. The house was placed on brick pavers so it could be moved again. Electricity was added and a custom walled interior painted shrimp pink and sky blue. Custom stained checkerboard solid wood floor added to the replaced original floor. Their is a ceiling light of a antique mirrored glass star chandelier. The ceiling is quite high measuring a little over 9 feet. Elecrtical has been added to the house and can be reconnected in its new home.
Their has been a story written about the lost and abandoned house which will come to the owner of the refurbished house. This will add years of enjoyment either for children or adults that just want to look out in their yard and smile.
