This gorgeous gal may or may not be Joan Crawford - we aren't sure. (Those eyes! Those lips!) This poster is one of several vintage originals we are currently selling. They were used to promote the latest issues of popular magazines at newsstands, drugstores and other places where they were sold, and they are real timepieces. This poster, produced for the January 1946 issue, features an image from the lens of legendary LHJ fashion editor Wilhela Cushman, who once said, "Just around the corner in every woman's mind is a lovely dress, a wonderful suit or entire costume which will make an enchanting new creature of her." Can I be Joan Crawford?
In very good condition with some dings to the edges, which could be concealed by mat or frame.
