A surreal and fascinating lithograph on paper titled “L’Age d’Or” from the suite by “Don Quichotte de la Mancha” by Salvador Dali. Hand signed in pencil on the bottom right with an annotation of 55/300 on the bottom left. In 1957, Salvador Dali illustrated the Parisian edition of “Don Quixote” by Joseph Foret. From a private collection. Dimensions: 30”h x 37.75”w (framed). In very good vintage condition.
Salvador Dali (1904-1989) was a Spanish painter who was one of the most influential and celebrated artists of the 20th century. Known as one of the founders of the Surrealism movement, he became an artistic icon.
