A term familiar to most of us as a state of mind, Berlin has crafted his own idiosyncratic, ultra contemporary piece of Neo-Expresionism to reflect on this delusional condition. He has given this piece a three dimensional quality, bringing the character to the foreground and painting the psyche into the background in a clever rendering of his Sharp Edge 21st Century Neo Expressionist New York City style. This is a singular work from the studio of Sax Berlin.
Oil and acrylic on canvas.
