Hawkins is a contemporary impressionist painter from Tucson, Arizona known for his colorful brushwork and use of lighting. His works can be found in museums and private collections. Signed "WH" lower left. Included is a new antiqued gold wood frame and hanging hardware/wire. Dimensions: Artwork, 8”L x 10”H; overall including the frame, 13”L x 15”H. Excellent condition!!!!
