A stunning pair of Italian Containers / planters. The pair are wonderful decorative pieces. Both have different hand painted decor or scenes that are very decorative and lovely - both have colors that compliment each other.
A compliment to any room, shelf, console... flanking a table or simply showing off their intricate painted and patinated surfaces is magical - a couple that are in our favorites list for sure!
While both have condition issues and have had viewable repairs throughout their lifetime, the care that went into the placement of the pieces and the patina that has developed is phenomenal for the time period and part of the world in which they originated.
