This is a 9.00 inch white plate with a shaped and scalloped rim that has two gorgeous hand painted flowers … Read more This is a 9.00 inch white plate with a shaped and scalloped rim that has two gorgeous hand painted flowers in yellow with purple centers and gold trim. The flowers are outlined in raised gold.

I have provided many pictures of the flowers, the raised gold, and the hand painted leaves. The entire flower section is hand painted.

The rims alternate between a curved rim with a raised detail that is painted gold and a fluted rim that is also gold.

The plate is very thin porcelain, and it has no chips, cracks, or damage. It has a small, depressed spot in the back, and it is stamped France I have no idea who painted it or who made it.
