North Italian school of the 18th century.The landscape, set on the bank of a wide river, has in the center several figures of peasants intent on picking fruit from a tree: a girl holds the ladder while the boy cuts off a bunch, on the left another couple lays the harvested fruit in a tub.All around is a vast verdant countryside and a few cottages.Restored and retouched, the painting is presented in a styled frame. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
