The beautiful effect is achieved by building up colors which are painted one over the other and then printed with metallic or white paint. The exact process has been kept secret and Fortuny is still produced only in Venice in the same brick building as ages ago. We chose a sophisticated white on white Fortuny with a small floral pattern called ‘Persiano’, combined it with a soft stone washed linen and embellished it with a metallic trim.
