The one inch thick red, pink, beige, brown, and gray marble has a chamfered edge. It has been carved with two rectangular protrusions that align with the fluted legs below.

The legs are adorned on the lower half by a leaf stalk with a curled tip above lanceolate cup feet, separated by a rectangular joint with a floret. A curvaceous molding of imbricated quatrefoils connects both feet. In the center is pot au feu finial draped in olive leaf swag above an acanthus noix. Directly beneath the marble top is a highly detailed apron of interlaced Vitruvian waves under a crinkled ribbon bow. Two large floret rectangles interrupt the carvings, segmenting the apron into three sections. A row of beading abuts the bottom, above a continuous floral garland with a central wreath.
