Hand-signed on the lower right and numbered on the lower left, edition of 10/30 prints. Original etching. Good conditions. St. Peter and Tiber is an original work depicting a tyical urban Roman landscape realized by the Italian artist Nazareno Gattamelata. He frequented the Roman artistic environment that revolves around the "trident" between the poles of the Caffè Rosati and Canova in Piazza del Popolo and the Osterie of the "Bottaro" and the "King of friends" around Via Ripetta. He makes friends in particular with the poet Sandro Penna and the sculptors Francesco Coccia and Pietro de Laurentiis. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
