This set has a wonderful Nippon style, it is stamped as having been hand painted and made in Japan, the stamp appears similar to a Nippon stamp, however please note there is no mark on the piece indicating it was made by Nippon. Both pieces feature a beautiful traditional Japanese landscape, with two Japanese women and a child shown walking next to a body of water on a white base with green around the rim; there are raised white dots of paint decorating the pieces, adding a wonderful texture to the design. The teapot has beautiful gold detailing decorating the spout, handle, and the lid, and the creamer features gold detailing to the handle.

The measurements are:
Teapot: height=4" width including handle and spout=8 1/4" approx.
Creamer: height=3" width including handle=5 1/2" approx. See less
