The playful "birdcage" pattern by Rosenthal's Continental China company circa 1952-1975 is a perfect pattern to mix and match! This set includes 6 salad or lunch plates and 7 bread plates. The pattern was designed by Raymond Loewry who influenced many aspects of American culture with his designs.
Size: Salad plate is 7.5" diameter, bread plate is 6" diameter
Condition: nice condition with only minor surface scratches. 2 plates look to have a loss of color to the pink ribbon but it may also be inherent to the plate. One plate looks like it had a silver rim with only a part left. None of the other plates have an indication of a silver rim
