Lovely original hanging artwork by Patricia A. Beatty titled " Speaking Mi Tongue ". Mixed media on paper.
Large mixed media art by Phoenix-based artist Patricia Beatty features a large abstract ground of pink , beige, blue, purple and white forms. Born and raised in the rural Midwest, Beatty did not have to look far for inspiration as she uses colors, patterns and textures found in nature to manifest her artwork. Beatty traces geometric configurations and patterns with thick applications of paint, creating an unusual texture to her intricate artwork. Housed in a wood frame with fabric matting, this large artwork is signed by the artist in the bottom corner of the piece. A hanging wire attached to the reverse side.
