1960’s Chrome Two Tier Walnut Side – Occasional Table. Beautiful simple and classic mid century side table sourced in the Czech Republic. Czech design will always be affiliated to the Bauhaus movement which inspired a generation of design and industrial production in Czechia principally during the second half of the 20th , with producers such as Ton and Up Zavody amongst many others. This is a high quality practical piece with a simple Bauhaus chrome frame and ebonised birch shelves.In excellent original condition our workshop has gently cleaned and restored the table. Distance between middle shelves 42cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
