Beautiful simple and classic mid century cabinet sourced in the czech republic. The shelved cabinet is beautifully made in rich honey stained striped sapele, with book matched sliding doors and contrasting glass sliding doors. Czech was a large producer of high quality mid century furniture following the surge of modernism originated by the bauhaus school. A good practical piece of elegant mid century furniture. The cabinet retains the original finish and is a strong and practical piece. We sell high quality vintage and our workshop has gently restored this piece to bring out its original colour, the doors run smoothly and close properly. Internally the cabinet has three fixed shelves split into two sides. Internal dimensions of each section 34l x 35h x 56h all cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
