Kozma was working in the specific Central European decorative tradition, which combined both art nouveau and art deco inspired circular and organic lines. This pair offers a perfect example of that particular sensibility.
The round backrest is upholstered on both sides. The armrests follow a gracious line, ending in a circular shaped front. The lower part of the frame and the legs offer a dynamic combination of rounded and straight lines. The entire frame is made of solid oak wood which has been finished in a black stain.

The chairs have been reconditioned and newly upholstered in a striking Dedar fabric. Flimflam is a a slubbed jacquard inspired by Bargello fabrics of the 17th century Florentine tradition. Four differently coloured yarns are combined to reinvent a classical motif. The backrests on both the front and back have been finished with brass nails. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
